Co-founder and, since 2022, also President / CEO of IDF. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, defending his master’s thesis in Administrative Law. A graduate of postgraduate management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, he has been professionally associated with the State Fire Service for over a decade.
He has been diving since 1999 and is a Course Director and Instructor Trainer at all cave and technical levels.
He gained his diving experience as a long-time participant and then organiser of cave expeditions to the Balkan Peninsula (many of which were exploratory expeditions).
He gained his instructional experience working at dive centres abroad (including Norway) and running his own diving school since 2012. Organiser of dozens of diving expeditions to the farthest corners of the world. Co-author of manuals, author of most training standards and a large part of other IDF training materials. Instructor on courses for rescue divers and special forces operators.
In the past, a decorated competitor in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, currently a fan of long-distance journeys with a backpack and mountain trekking.
