Before becoming a professionally involved in scuba diving, Piotr managed sales as a deputy regional director in the banking sector, responsible for the development of sales structures in the retail and corporate segments. He has been actively involved in the diving industry for over 15 years – as an instructor, entrepreneur and educator. He is the owner of the brands nurkowanie24.com and kissccr.pl, the founder of the Diving Team 24 Foundation, and the co-creator of the Divein.pl dive centre.
He is a Course Director who specialises in teaching sales and business approaches to running a diving business.
Technical, cave and CCR dive instructor – these are the main areas of his training activities. His teaching style is based on practice, many years of business experience, high safety standards and a deep respect for the underwater environment. As a trainer, he supports the development of future instructors, emphasising responsibility, professionalism and a long-term approach to building a career in the diving industry.
Privately, he is a proud father and husband. He cherishes every moment spent with his family, who remain his most important reference point and source of daily motivation. He is also a connoisseur of fine cuisine.
