Professionally, he is an air traffic controller, air traffic control instructor and aviation incident investigator. In his spare time, he is a dive instructor who specialises in diving with people with disabilities and has been associated with the Mniejszy Błękit Foundation for many years. He is fascinated by management sciences, with a particular focus on management systems and strategic cooperation, but what gives him the greatest satisfaction is observing the progress of his students. In this regard, he fulfils himself both by conducting diving courses and by training future air traffic controllers. Using his experience in aviation safety, he creates and develops a Safety Management System (SMS) at IDF, which includes, among other things, a system for reporting and investigating diving accidents.
