Kin Tong Ho

Kin Tong began his journey toward becoming an IDF Course Director after discovering technical diving in 2016. Throughout the following years, he trained with numerous instructors before meeting his mentor, Victor Wei Hsu, whose guidance opened an entirely new perspective on diving education and played a key role in shaping his professional development.

Determined to reach the highest levels of diver education, he gained experience across several international training organizations. This broad background allowed him to recognize both the strengths and limitations of different educational systems, inspiring him to combine proven solutions with an open-minded approach to new ideas, modern teaching methods, and continuous improvement.

As an IDF Course Director, Ho Kin Tong is committed to promoting and developing the International Diving Federation throughout China, while supporting instructors, maintaining high training standards, and contributing to the continued growth of the organization in the region.
