Course Director and Instructor Trainer at technical and cave levels. Associated with the IDF from the very beginning, co-author of IDF training manuals, she currently leads the IDF office.
She gained her experience working in various parts of the world, including dive centres in the Philippines, Thailand and the Scottish Orkney Islands. Daria is also the first woman in Poland to obtain a cave diving dive instructor qualification.
As Daria herself says, her life revolves around diving – both scuba and freediving, organising diving trips, reading about diving and, of course, writing about diving. Professionally and privately, she is most passionate about cave diving in various, sometimes less obvious parts of the world – the more remote and wild, the better. In her leisure time, she enjoys travelling, hiking and reading.
