Victor Hsuwei

Course Director and Instructor Trainer for all cave and technical levels. Passionate about cave exploration and closed-circuit technology, he is a member of Robbie Schmittner’s team, one of the most active exploration teams in Yucatan, and the Japanese Speleological Society.

As a leader of the CCR community in Taiwan, Victor has experience working with many units, including: AP Evolution, SF2, XCCR, Liberty BM CCR, Liberty, T-Reb, Gemini SM CCR, as well as FX and O2ptima CM. He is also an Instructor Trainer for most of them.

Victor has been involved in the development of IDF in Asia since 2025.
